When Should I Take Insulin?
If you are type-1 diabetic and you are not producing any insulin or producing very little insulin then you must take insulin to survive. If you are type-2 diabetic, you probably already producing a lot of insulin but you have insulin resistance and your insulin is not being properly used. In that case, you should work on reducing your insulin resistance by going low-carb lifestyle, reduce your abdominal fats and fats around your liver and your blood sugar levels will become normal without taking any insulin.
