Simple Tests to Know if You Have Sugar Risk
These are simple test to understand if you have diabetes or if you can have in the near future.
Not very costly and you can do them at home as well.
These include: HgA1c Fasting Glucose (after 8 hours fasting) Postprandial Glucose (after 2 hours of food) Blood pressure (should be less than 120/80) Fasting insulin (after 12 hours of fast).
Should be below 6 mIU/L Normal sugar values are 70-90 mg/dl fasting or between 90-110 after 2 hours of food.
